1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at bronze-tech.org (the "Site") or using the Client Portal ("The Vault"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Nature of Services (The "Non-Binding" Clause)

The content provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. No content on this Site constitutes a binding offer to perform audit services. A binding engagement for Field Examinations, Inventory Verification, or Asset Recovery is formed ONLY upon the mutual execution of a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed by an authorized officer of BronzeTech LLC.

3. Client Portal ("The Vault") Usage

Access

Access to The Vault is restricted to authorized lending officers and client representatives. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Unauthorized Use

Any attempt to access data belonging to other clients, inject malicious code, or bypass authentication measures will be logged and reported to federal authorities under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).

4. Intellectual Property

The materials on BronzeTech LLC's website, including the "BronzeOS" methodology, the "Squad" hierarchy concepts, and all logos, are the proprietary property of BronzeTech LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability (Website Use)

In no event shall BronzeTech LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BronzeTech LLC's website, even if BronzeTech LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Personal Information

Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Financial Institution affiliation provided via the Deployment Request form.

Audit Data

Borrower inventory files, agings, and collateral reports uploaded to The Vault.

Technical Data

IP addresses, browser type, and access times logged for security auditing.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data strictly to:

  • Execute requested Field Examinations and Asset Verifications.
  • Authenticate access to The Vault.
  • Comply with federal record-keeping requirements for financial audits.

3. Data Security & Encryption

BronzeTech LLC implements industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include website hosting partners (e.g., Google Firebase) and other parties who assist us in operating our website, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Arizona Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Arizona, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. To request access to or deletion of your data, please contact our Compliance Officer at admin@bronze-tech.org.

Our services are governed by the BronzeTech Standard MSA, which includes specific provisions for Statistical Sampling Methodology, Liability Caps, and Non-Solicitation.

Key MSA Provisions Include:

  • Statistical Sampling Methodology: BronzeOS-certified procedures for representative inventory testing
  • Liability Cap: Total liability limited to the lesser of engagement fees or $500,000 aggregate per 12-month period
  • Non-Solicitation: Neither party shall solicit the other's employees during the term and 12 months thereafter
  • Confidentiality: All field examination findings and borrower data subject to strict confidentiality obligations
  • Insurance: BronzeTech maintains $2M General Liability and $1M Professional Liability coverage
  • Dispute Resolution: Binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
